Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of TM-Asset Mgmt Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of experience with a strong technical background in ASSET. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate should possess excellent English language skills and have a good understanding of Reporting Reconciliation and Private Equity Fund Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee asset management operations within capital markets to ensure efficient processes and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance asset management strategies and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain robust reporting systems to provide accurate and timely financial data to stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial records.
  • Provide expertise in private equity fund accounting to support investment strategies and financial planning.
  • Develop and execute asset management plans that align with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust asset management strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills in ASSET to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all asset management activities.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and maintain operational continuity.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing asset management practices that positively impact society.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in ASSET with proven experience in asset management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in reporting and reconciliation processes within capital markets.
  • Have a good understanding of private equity fund accounting and its application in asset management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show proficiency in managing complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
