Manager/r Retail Sales- Genset

Role & responsibilities
Drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and enhance brand visibility for the Genset product line. Youll own regional sales targets, develop strong channel partnerships, and execute market development strategies to boost business in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
- Own & achieve monthly/annual sales targets (primary & secondary).
- Plan accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely dealer collections and maintain credit discipline.
Channel & Dealer Management
- Expand dealer network, especially in Tier II/III markets.
- Conduct business reviews and drive dealer performance.
- Train dealer sales staff on product knowledge & selling skills.
Market Development
- Organize ground-level marketing activities and influencer meets.
- Track competitor pricing, schemes & product moves.
- Build relations with key influencers builders, consultants, etc.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain updated CRM records (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with service, logistics & finance for smooth operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 5-15 years in Genset, Power, Electrical Goods, or Heavy Machinery sales.
- Skills: Dealer management, B2B sales, forecasting, CRM, market intelligence.
