Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Director of Performance Marketing, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing and developing marketing strategies, managing market planning and research, and supervising execution for performance-driven marketing initiatives. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, align marketing strategies with sales goals, and ensure the delivery of measurable results. The position also includes overseeing budget allocation, optimizing performance campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to define and optimize target audiences and strategies
  • Advanced skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to plan, execute, and manage impactful campaigns
  • Understanding of Sales integration to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess campaign performance and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms
  • Proven leadership skills to manage teams and nurture talent effectively
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality and leisure industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred
