Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Ecommerce Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, developing and implementing digital sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless online storefront operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platform management and Sales optimization to ensure effective online store operations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, market trends, and data for decision-making.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain positive customer relationships and address inquiries effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to a dynamic workspace.
