What You’ll Own & Drive Business Development & Lead Gen: Architect and execute full-cycle sales strategies to drive high-intent inbound and outbound leads from ecommerce, D2C brands, and retailers. Revenue & Growth: Establish Base.com as the #1 choice for multichannel commerce solutions in India by closing high-value deals and driving sustainable growth. Outbound Sales Engine: Design, build, and automate (scrape, verify, and enrich leads, etc.) and execute targeted personalized outreach at scale. Sales Performance: Develop and optimize sales funnels, refining sales strategies based on conversion metrics and performance data. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic consultation and positioning Base.com as the ultimate solution for their business. Partnerships & Enterprise Sales: Drive strategic partnerships and close enterprise deals to expand Base.com’s market share. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our sales approach. Requirements Builder Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and create impact with minimal direction. Ecommerce & SaaS Sales Expertise: You have 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in ecommerce, SaaS, or retail tech. Growth-Driven & Data-Obsessed: You understand sales metrics, pipeline optimization, and revenue generation like the back of your hand. Full-Stack Sales Pro: From outbound prospecting to enterprise sales, from account management to strategic partnerships, you know how to drive results across the board. Bold, Persuasive, and Relentless: You break norms, think outside the box, and execute fast. You’re not afraid to experiment, fail, and learn.
