This role requires matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities while also sourcing external talent when project demands arise. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand consultant profiles in depth, assessing both technical and functional skill setsCustomize and optimize resumes to align with specific client requirements and project needsProactively identify suitable project opportunities and submit candidates through various job portals and platformsManage relationships with vendors and clients to create a pipeline of relevant opportunitiesSource, screen, and onboard external candidates when internal bench resources don't match project requirementsMaintain regular communication with bench consultants to keep them engaged and placement-readyTrack submissions, interviews, and placement metrics to ensure optimal resource utilization Required Qualifications:Strong knowledge of IT technologies, platforms, and industry trendsPrevious experience in placement consultancy, staffing, or bench sales within the IT industryProven ability to understand technical requirements and match them with candidate skill setsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsFamiliarity with US IT consulting market dynamics and compliance requirements Preferred Skills:Experience with vendor management systems and job portalsUnderstanding of visa categories (H1B, EAD, GC, Citizens) and their implications for placementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
