Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, startups, and recruitment agencies to secure placement opportunities.
- Identify industry trends and align placement activities with the current job market demand.
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
- Support students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career counseling.
- Coordinate internship and live project opportunities for students.
- Maintain and track placement records, employer feedback, and student career progress.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure students meet industry expectations.
- Promote the academy’s talent pool to potential employers.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services (experience in an educational institution is a plus).
- Strong corporate network, especially in IT, digital, and creative industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward successful careers.
