Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment initiatives. The role also involves training new hires, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, including talent sourcing and selection
  • Experience in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with candidates and team members
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for new hires and ensure onboarding success
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
