About Us We are an Amazon FBA business focused on building a portfolio of high-quality, profitable products in [consumer electronics, home goods, fitness accessories, pet supplies]. We're looking for a Product Sourcing Specialist who can identify winning products and reliable suppliers to support our growth. Responsibilities - Conduct detailed product research to identify high-potential items for Amazon FBA. - Analyze market trends, competition, demand, and profit margins. - Existing contacts and suppliers a preference . - Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and terms with suppliers. - Evaluate product quality through sample reviews and communication with factories. - Collaborate with our product listing and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. Requirements - Proven experience in Amazon FBA product sourcing. - Strong understanding of product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa). - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of international trade and shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF). - Attention to detail and ability to assess supplier reliability. - English fluency (additional languages is a plus). Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with suppliers or attending Fairs. - Understanding of Amazon compliance requirements and restricted categories. - Background in private label or wholesale sourcing.
