The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports apparel sourcing, vendor collaboration, and cost negotiations.Sourcing Strategy & Vendor DevelopmentIdentify and build relationships with suitable vendors for outsourced sportswear production.Analyze costing structures across vendors and regions to drive business growth.Cost Optimization & NegotiationLead cost negotiations to achieve target margins through effective vendor partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cut-to-pack process alignment with tech packs and packaging guidelines.Cross-functional CollaborationLiaise between internal teams and external vendors to drive business success.Work closely with design, technical, QA, and planning teams to ensure product quality and delivery.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in merchandising in sportswear or performance apparel.
