Project Sourcing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Sourcing Specialist to identify, source, and bring new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to our organization.This role is ideal for professionals who have strong connections in the IT industry, understand global technology trends, and have the ability to convert leads into successful engagements.About the RoleYou will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across various technologies, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and IT Outsourcing.The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with decision-makers, pitch our services, and convert leads into paid projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Opportunity SourcingIdentify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets.Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client AcquisitionBuild relationships with CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding SupportCoordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account OwnershipOwn the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & ExpansionTrack industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand our service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & ExperienceA strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).What We OfferA high commission-based earning model.Commission on RFP/RFQ/Tender Identification, Successful Bid Submissions, New Client Acquisition, Project Conversions, Staff Augmentation Placement, Project Extensions & Upsells, and Renewals.A remote and flexible work model.Work from anywhere with no fixed office timings.No daily reporting pressure.Full independence in managing your pipeline.Ideal Candidate ProfileAn independent, proactive, and self-driven individual.A strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem.Ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.Target-oriented with a passion for growth and conversions.
