Sr IT Recruiter

Location:
Bangalore

Experience: 7+ years

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for
    Lagacy & emerging tech stacks ( web & Data)
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring process. Ie, Source, screen, validate and close candidates across major tech stacks
  • Stack holder management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in using /working on ATS tools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent.
  • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines in the
    data technology domain
    .
  • Stay updated on market trends within the
    data & analytics landscape
    .
  • Experience in hiring both contract & full time ( executive hiring experience is nice to have )
  • Well versed in hiring talents through social media – linked in etc.
  • Candidates have to be self driven / work with very minimal hand holding.
  • Willing to work all 5 days from Office.( on Weekends when required )

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 6–9 years
    of proven IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    data technology landscape
    (Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake,Python,Gen AI/ML).
  • Excellent communication
    , negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science / B.Tech
    (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the
    data technology ecosystem
    is a
    must
    .
