What You'll Do

  • Recruit, screen and engage healthcare professionals for various U.S.-based roles including but not limited to:
  • Physicians
    (Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry etc.)
  • Psychiatrists and Psychologists
  • Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs)
  • Allied Health Professionals
    (Therapists, Technicians, Medical Assistants, Pharmacists etc.)
  • Behavioral Health Specialists, Counselors and Social Workers
  • Medical Clerks, Front Office and Administrative Healthcare Staff
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding
  • Use multiple sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles across different U.S. states
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to meet client hiring needs and submission targets
  • Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations, credentialing processes and licensing requirements
  • Provide a strong candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    1–7 years of hands-on U.S. Healthcare Recruitment (Associate to Team Lead level)
  • Proven success recruiting for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles such as Physicians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, Therapists, Medical Assistants and Allied Health professionals
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing models such as W2, 1099, C2C, PRN, Travel and Locum Tenens
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse candidate pools and U.S. time zones
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing databases and Boolean search techniques
  • Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone)
