Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Growth:
- Manage product listings, A+ content, keywords, reviews, and ratings.
- Run sponsored ads & campaigns to maximize visibility and ROAS.
- Track sales, rankings, and category performance; optimize continuously.
- Q-Commerce Growth (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart):
- Ensure top visibility through promotions, campaigns, and smart merchandising.
- Drive conversions via pricing, offers, and platform tie-ups.
- Monitor competition and identify whitespace opportunities for scaling.
- Growth & Analytics:
- Analyze performance dashboards (CTR, conversion %, ACOS, ROAS, sell-through).
- Identify trends and execute data-backed strategies to boost sales.
- Collaborate with design & marketing teams for high-converting creatives.
- Cross-Functional Ownership:
- Coordinate with supply chain to avoid stockouts during campaigns.
- Work closely with platform account managers for exclusive opportunities.
- Align growth actions with overall D2C marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in
Amazon / marketplace management
and/or
Q-Commerce
. - Prior
startup / D2C brand
experience preferred. - Strong analytical and growth mindset – ability to turn data into results.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central + exposure to Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart dashboards.
- Hustler attitude – ability to own and drive results in a fast-paced startup.
