Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving online sales growth. Daily tasks include monitoring online inventory, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with the sales team, and providing insights based on market trends and customer behavior.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
