Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients to promote hospital services such as maternity packages, pediatric care plans, fertility treatments, and preventive health checkups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, corporate decision-makers, insurance companies, and wellness coordinators.
  • Initiate corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships to drive patient footfall through employee health benefits, maternity partnerships, and group health packages.
  • Plan and conduct corporate presentations, wellness sessions, and health talks at client locations or virtually to promote mother and child healthcare services.
  • Coordinate corporate health camps, screening events, and maternity wellness programs in collaboration with hospital departments and external partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach, lead generation, and account management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and customized offers for corporate clients.

  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contracts in line with hospital guidelines to finalize long-term partnerships.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to suggest improvements in services and offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and client updates for internal review and strategic planning.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale engagement, resolving any concerns or service-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of services promised under corporate tie-ups.
