About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Executive
with experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
client acquisition, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation
within the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic & international markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services/solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closure
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in IT sales / business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
  • Good understanding of IT services (Web/Mobile Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
