Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include client meetings, report preparation, overseeing the execution of projects, and addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mumbai
- Proficiency in project management and coordination with internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the consumer services industry is a plus
