Service Delivery Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Attendance follow up and batch tracker updating,
  • Test follow up and updating in the tracker,
  • Proactively keeping in touch with every student in the batch to maintain connect and communicate the student's concern to Centre for resolution,
  • Ensure proper information flow to students, post admission i.e. login credentials, study materials, telegram link, doubt clearing and I Tutor information, test schedule, additional assignments, etc.
  • Coordinating with student, centre and faculty to arrange a meeting related to academics, if required
  • Calling of non performing students
  • Doing absentee follow ups of students.
  • Doing feedback calls and ensure proper tracking of any grievances till closure
  • Attendance monitoring of students in tests
  • Coordination with Academic and non academic departments to ensure student satisfaction
  • Resolution of student queries over calls and mails.
  • Preparing MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

Young and self-motivated candidates who are open to multi-tasking in a challenging environment, having knowledge of MS office particularly MS excel and should have worked on track sheets.


• Candidate must be open for working on weekends and Sundays. Weekly off given on a weekday.


• Candidates having same or similar experience of client handling in Education / Service sector will be preferred.
