Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing/Packing cum Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing & Packing cum Operations Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle — from order acceptance to packing and dispatch. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, label printing, self-packing, shipment coordination, stock updates, and ensure smooth, timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process daily e-commerce orders received via website and marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Generate and print shipping labels and invoices accurately for each order.
  • Personally pack each order with care, ensuring correct product, quantity, and safe packaging for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) for timely pickup and dispatch.
  • Update tracking information, maintain daily order records, and monitor delivery progress.
  • Manage stock levels of products and packaging materials.
  • Handle minor product or shipping issues and escalate to management when needed.
  • Update order status, tracking details, and resolve shipment-related issues (delays, RTOs, incorrect updates, etc.).
  • Manage inventory updates, product listings, and SKU tracking in coordination with the warehouse or stock team.
  • Maintain adequate packaging material stock (boxes, tapes, labels, etc.).
  • Respond to customer queries regarding order status, delivery, replacements, or returns.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to improve efficiency and minimize errors.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce order management systems (Amazon, Filipkrt, JioMart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Shiprocket or similar logistics platforms.
  • Proficiency in label printing, invoice generation, and packaging best practices.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for report and MIS maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Good coordination with customer for Smooth Order delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or logistics management.

  • Reduction in delivery errors and RTOs
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores
  • Operational efficiency and turnaround time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
