Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our FMCG product portfolio across leading e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Dunzo, and BigBasket. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of platform operations, content optimization, inventory management, and dispatch operations, with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Create and manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Jio Mart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto and other online platforms.

  2. Ensure accurate product information, SEO-friendly descriptions, keywords, and images.

  3. Regularly update pricing, stock, and content to stay competitive.

  4. Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment.

  5. Track inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

  6. Monitor key metrics like Dispatch, ODR, late dispatch rate, customer ratings, handle return and refund processes; resolve operational and customer service issues raised by platforms.

  7. Plan and execute deals, promotions, and campaigns like Amazon Lightning Deals, Flipkart BBD, etc.

  8. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch; track real-time orders to ensure fast, error-free fulfillment.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Candidate must have practical, firsthand, proven experience of 2-3 years in handling e-commerce portals like Amazon and Flipkart.

  3. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub, Blinkit Dashboard and others.

  4. Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and marketplace tools.

  5. Applied experience in managing Dispatch Operations, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  7. Knowledge of marketplaces beyond Amazon & Flipkart like Meesho, Jiomart, Snapdeal, etc.

8.Knowledge of advertising on different marketplaces.

  2. Should be comfortable in making content for the brand.
