Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and promoting financial products such as Home Loan/LAP offered by PNB. Primary responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential customers, maintaining relationships with clients, collecting documents for loan applications, and achieving set sales targets. The individual will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, marketing, and solicitation skills
- Excellent communication, publicity, and promotion skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Ability to handle document collection and coordinate customer onboarding processes efficiently
- Good knowledge of Home Loan/LAP
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work proactively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in field sales Home Loan/LAP is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
