Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Patna. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, handling TB patient

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with Contact Centers
  • Sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
