Job Overview
The Junior Sales Business Development role at PactPulse Solutions is a full-time position based in Jaipur. We seek an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience who is ready to contribute to our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively drive sales efforts and strategic partnerships to promote our extensive range of business services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 1 to maximum 3 years to understand industry-specific selling needs.
- Exceptional lead generation skills (Mandatory skill) with a focus on identifying potential business opportunities.
- Expertise in cold calling (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate and engage with potential clients.
- Proficiency in digital marketing sales (Mandatory skill) to leverage online platforms for sales enhancement.
- Competency in crafting compelling sales presentations to engage and convert prospective clients.
- Develop effective sales strategies that align with the company goals and market demands.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to build and sustain profitable business partnerships.
- Experience in partnership development, ensuring long-term business relationships and mutual growth.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics, catering strategies specifically for business clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Indiamart, Justdial, etc.
- Contact potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales performance. This is a target-based job. There will be variable salary if targets are not completed.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
