Job Summary:The Human Resource Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive work environment, handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently, and support management in achieving organizational goals.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Oversee payroll processing, salary slips, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support management in performance improvement plans.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and workforce planning.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management.
- Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (experience in healthcare or service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., Zoho, GreytHR, or similar).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
