Performance Marketing Executive

About the role:

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days a week in-office)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Lead Generation team. This is an exciting role at a growth-stage startup where every day is a new adventure. For hustlers early in their careers, such roles enable them to grow the fastest in the shortest possible time.

Location: This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days a week in-office in Noida.

Responsibilities

  • Execute our performance marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis
  • Oversee campaign performance throughout the day and proactively take actions to maintain and improve performance metrics
  • Identify, plan and experiment new strategies & channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Creatively identify target audiences across paid media platforms
  • Gather continuous feedback from internal stakeholders (and occasionally from customers as well) on campaign quality
  • Regularly report actions and outcomes to leadership team
  • Perform weekly quality audits on all funnels, user journeys, & data capture processes
  • Be in touch with the latest industry updates and implement the best practices for Suraasa

Requirements

  • Passionate about marketing and sales
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience as a performance marketer (prior experience in performance marketing agencies preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with running ad campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn
  • Data-driven decision-maker
