As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Tender Manager to lead our tendering operations and help us secure new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.

Position Overview

The Tender Manager will oversee the complete tendering process from identifying opportunities to preparing, submitting, and tracking bids. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who can collaborate effectively across departments to deliver compliant and competitive proposals

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate tender opportunities (RFPs/RFQs) for drone-based services across various industries.
• Lead end-to-end bid development for projects related to stockpile management, air-quality monitoring, mining digitization, and other drone-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with technical, finance, legal, and project teams to prepare complete, accurate, and timely tender submissions.
• Maintain a centralized repository of all tender-related documentation to ensure compliance, version control, and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and cost estimations, ensuring that bids align with company goals and profitability targets.
• Manage registrations, vendor eligibility, and compliance documentation for government and private procurement platforms (GeM, CPP, e-Procurement, etc.).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and tendering best practices to enhance Flybis bidding strategy.
• Oversee GeM ratings, ensure continuous compliance with Government e-Marketplace requirements, and respond to pre- and post-bid clarifications.
• Coordinate with the finance team on submission and refund of EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits) and PBGs (Performance Bank Guarantees).
• Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate success rates, identify improvement areas, and provide insights to management.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on bid performance, costs, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 510 years of proven experience in tender management, preferably in drone services, construction, or technology-driven sectors.
• Strong understanding of government and private procurement processes, including GeM, CPP, and other state/central e-tendering portals.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, bid management tools, and familiarity with drone-based survey solutions.

Desired Skills

• In-depth experience with GeM and e-procurement portals.
• Sound knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes, tender documentation, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Good understanding of government procurement policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
