Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Back Expert to join our team at Foodhub. The role involves handling client calls, gathering their requirements, and coordinating with the Web Designing team to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client calls in a professional manner.
- Understand and gather client requirements accurately.
- Document and share requirements with the Web Designing team.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the internal team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client communication / voice process preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and convey them clearly to the team.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
