We are looking for a skilled Voice Trainer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with expertise in international voice processes.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve communication skills and customer service quality.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver interactive training modules to engage employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international voice processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
