Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience for the International Voice Process role at our Malad, Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring excellent English communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions on an international scale.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a BPO environment, showcasing expertise in handling voice-based processes.
  • Proficiency in international voice process, familiar with the nuances and protocols of global communication standards.
  • Experience in semi voice operations, balancing written and spoken communication tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in an international BPO setting, demonstrating capability in addressing diverse customer inquiries.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with international clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction on a global scale.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, adapting to the dynamic nature of voice-based service environments.
  • Must-have skills in BPO (Mandatory skill), underscoring essential experience in the business process outsourcing domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international voice process tasks, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients from various geographical locations.
  • Provide customer support through voice channels, resolving queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions to support ongoing service delivery improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and contribute to overall service quality enhancements.
  • Assist in semi voice operations, ensuring seamless integration between voice and written communication duties.
  • Regularly update knowledge base and stay informed of industry best practices to ensure top-level service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and feedback discussions to continuously improve service skills and client handling techniques.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling different voice process requirements and meeting service level agreements.
