**Job Title: International Voice Process - Customer Support Executive**

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our **International Voice Process** team. As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Meet performance targets (quality, productivity, and call handling).

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC / Graduate in any field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Location**: Must be from **Mumbai (Malad or Thane)** - as interviews will be conducted **face-to-face only**.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts / rotational shifts** (as per business requirement).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹363,697.30 - ₹1,381,206.60 per year

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- BPO: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
