About the Role

The
Senior Associate – New Initiatives
is a high-impact role for a
strategic thinker, creator, and doer
— someone who can dream big, build fast, and scale intelligently.

You'll work directly with the
CEO and CXOs
, owning Joveo's most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi-million-dollar business lines.

This role isn't about maintaining processes or making decks.

It's about
conceiving bold ideas
, validating them through data and experimentation, and
bringing them to life
with precision and purpose.

Think of it as being part of Joveo's internal "innovation studio" — a team that transforms possibilities into measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Think like a founder
  — identify high-impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology.
• Lead
  end-to-end initiative lifecycles
  : from discovery and ideation to proof-of-concept, scaling, and revenue realization.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to
  transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions
  .
• Evaluate and shape
  AI-led business models
  that can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients.
• Build strong feedback loops — measure what matters, learn fast, and adapt to maximize impact.
• Create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational blueprints to
  scale early-stage pilots into sustainable business lines.
• Drive execution excellence — ensuring ideas move beyond slides to real-world adoption, outcomes, and growth.
• Be the
  architect of new growth stories
  — not just the executor.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in
  strategy, business building, consulting, or high-growth environments
  (Tech, SaaS, AI, or marketplaces preferred).
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunities where others see challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical rigor — balanced with creative, first-principles thinking.
• Experience working on
  0-to-1 projects
  or building new products, programs, or lines of business.
• Excellent communication and storytelling — capable of inspiring action across stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for
  AI, innovation, and creating real value for people and businesses
  .
• Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, high-velocity environment.
