Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and problem solving individual to join our

team as a Strategy Associate. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across functions to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and competitive advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain valuable experience in strategic planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Management: Run end to end program management in a collaborative

manner across functions. Identify problem statements, analyze data, and ensure project

completion within predefined timelines, utilizing various resources and analytical tools.

2. Analysis: Run analytical processes to derive information, identify themes that lead to

formulating actionable strategies for reducing cost & increasing profitability.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams including

marketing, finance, operations, and product development to implement strategic

initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

4. Project Execution: Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring

alignment with strategic objectives. Aggregate resources and technical expertise to

empower teams to implement insights effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related

field required; Master's degree preferred
