Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned U.S. staffing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and assign tasks to the delivery/recruitment team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet client expectations.
  • Track open positions and drive closure within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Handle contractual staffing (C2C, W2) and full-time hiring requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with client processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 810 years of experience in US staffing, with at least 4 years in an Account Manager/Delivery Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment for the U.S. market.
  • Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in night shift to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in client retention and account growth & strong delivery engine.
