Position Overview

The Sales Lead Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that every sales lead is handled effectively, followed up on time, and converted into meaningful opportunities. This role focuses on lead follow-up quality, monitoring adherence to sales processes, preventing lead wastage, and ensuring timely response cycles by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Follow-up Quality Monitoring:
  • Review and audit how sales executives follow up on leads received.
  • Identify gaps, delays, and missed communications in the follow-up process.
  • Prevent Lead Wastage:
  • Ensure no lead is left unattended or ignored.
  • Reassign inactive or dormant leads to other sales team members if required.
  • Follow-up Cycle Management:
  • Track the entire lead journey from first contact to closure using CRM or lead management tools.
  • Ensure follow-ups are done within defined SLA timelines.
  • Sales Team Coordination:
  • Organise the team's daily/weekly lead follow-up schedules.
  • Provide guidance, reminders, and escalations for pending leads.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Generate daily and weekly lead follow-up performance reports.
  • Highlight bottlenecks, response delays, and lost opportunities to the Sales Director.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Quality Audit
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to enforce process discipline

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead follow-up SLA compliance rate
  • Reduction in lead wastage percentage
  • Improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Timeliness of follow-up reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
