Quality Analyst Lead @ PEOPLE10 

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Job Location: Remote 

Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).

  •  Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements.

  • Validate bug fixes, regression tests, and ensure quality standards before release on our web application.

  • Support release cycles by running acceptance testing.

  • Provide feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.

  • Be in charge of documenting our UAT and working with SDET on necessary automation

  • Has Shipped software using an established software process(Agile, Kanban, etc) Attentive to detail

  • Experience with a UAT test tool(PractiTest, Zephyr, TestRail

Must have skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing (UI and functional).

  • Proven expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Management.

  • Experience in QA migration projects — such as moving from QC to TestRail or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in TestRail or Zephyr (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
