Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be advantageous.
  • Experience: Most employers prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for motivating and guiding the sales team.
