Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.

Good understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and MS Office tools.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business opportunities.
