We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Associate
who can identify, attract, and onboard exceptional
AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers
to help drive our innovation agenda forward. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands cutting-edge technology talent, and can deliver results with speed and precision.

Title : Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Exp level : Minimum 6 Months of experience is Required.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment:
  Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — for technical roles across AI, Full Stack, and Cloud domains.
• Talent Sourcing:
  Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job portals, referrals, etc.) to find high-quality technical talent.
• Technical Screening:
  Conduct initial interviews to assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely delivery of top candidates.
• Candidate Experience:
  Create an engaging and professional recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Process Optimization:
  Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and turnaround time.
• Market Intelligence:
  Stay up to date with market trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

What You Bring:

• Experience:
  Atleast 6 Months of proven experience in
  IT recruitment
  , preferably hiring for AI, Cloud, or Product-based companies.
• Technical Understanding:
  Familiarity with modern engineering roles, tools, and technologies (AI , Python, React, , GCP, AWS, etc.).
• Sourcing Skills:
  Proficiency in using
  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter
  , GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
  Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver the right talent at the right time.
• Agility & Drive:
  High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
