Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Head for Robotic Weld Shop

Salary Package:  6 to 7 LPA

Experience:  Min 6 years of Experience in Press, Fabrication & Paint Shop - Welding robots, PLC, CNC, Drives, Hydraulics, Pneumatics Maintenance.

Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Optional)

Job Profile

  1. Planning – Project, Plant & Machinery, Equipment, Utility services.
  2. Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure PM as per plan.
  3. Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns.
  4. Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.
  5. Maintain list and define the methodology for the Identification of machines/plant facilities.
  6. Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).
  7. Ensure the requirement of personnel, safety measures, during maintenance activity.
  8. Identify the requirements of critical spares and maintain them.
  9. Managing various materials, engineering and commercial aspects for project & maintenance items.
  10. Low-Cost Automation.
  11. Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
  12. On-job training of assistants / Operators.
  13. Liasoning with MIDC, MSEB, MPCB & other external agencies for related work.

Candidate profile

  1. Experience in relevant field / our sized group.
  2. Exposure in Press, Fabrication & Paint Shop - Maintenance.
  3. having Hands-on Experience of all kinds of machine maintenance.
  4. Exposure for TS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen.
  5. Knowledge of Welding robots, PLC, CNC, Drives, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Utility systems etc.
