Qualification – DME/ BE Mech/ Production
Experience:- 8-12 years ( Manufacturing Company)
Salary – 5,00,000 – 7, 00,000
Job Description:
- Responsible to achieve Rated output per shift, planning of production according to assemble Requirement
- Shift Manpower, material planning & Control
- Update systems / procedure as per assigned standards &communicate with concerned departments and employees.
- Monitoring of assembly line wise production& rejection and take corrective actions
- Counsel & Motive the workmen to increase the productivity and quality
- Regular inspection and evaluation of all operating equipment to maintain productionrequirement
- Co-ordinate with the other departments like stores, Maintenance and service department to sort of the problems in shift
- Planned and scheduled various activities related to production.
- Daily work management.
- Responsible for achieving the desired production with quality.
