Job Description:

Position: Press Shop Incharge

Education : DME / BE - Mech / Prod

Experience: DME - 8 to 10 Yrs & BE - 5 to 6 Yrs.

Budget: 5.50 LPA

Candidate Profile : 

  1. Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute.
  2. Experience in relevant field / Our sized group.
  3. Exposure in Heavy Duty Press Shop - Production.
  4. Having Hands-on Experience with all kinds of press machines, Dies, Die Set Up, Production Planning.
  5. Exposure of Press Shop Automation, Robotics in Press Shop, Pick and Place, etc.
  6. Exposure for TS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SAP, etc.

Responsibility : 

  1. Manage all operational activities of the Press Shop to include: Plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant-related customer coordination.
  2. Overall management of Press Shop (100 Ton – 600 Ton presses).
  3. Production planning and scheduling.
  4. Ensure requirement of personnel, Planning, and deployment of manpower.
  5. Overall implementation of TPM & TS activities on a regular basis.
  6. Initiate and implement improvement projects
  7. Control of Customer-owned tooling.
  8. Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
  9. Ensure product quality and process performance.
  10. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA.
  11. Review CA/ PA for breakdowns etc.
  12. Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
  13. On-job training of assistants / Operators.
