Hiring for Spring Manufacturing Industry

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Education: Diploma / BE Electrical

Experience: 2 to 5 Years in the Machine shop, spring

Salary: up to 18,000/- PM

Job Responsibilities   : -

Attending all Breakdown & Trouble Shooting in the shift.

To deals with any modification of the machine.

Responsible for analyzing data of equipment control ledger for maintenance cost reduction.

Updating documents such as PM Check sheet, M/C History card, and M/C equipment control 

Ledger, B/D History card, critical spare part lists, Power consumption report, Diesel consumption report
 
Maintenance of Hot water Generator, ETP, Electroplating, Powder Coating M/C, Pretreatment Line, Fatigue M/C, CNC Coiling & Grinding, Shot Pinning M/C, Induction Oven, Compressor, Tool room.

Maintenance of CNC Lathe Machine, dust collector and control circuit

Maintenance of Vibro M/C, Tempering Furnace, Manual Grinding M/C, Chemical lab equipment, Servo Stabilizer, load testing machine, hydraulic press machine, etc
 
Handling CNC SIMCO and SGM Grinding machine, Bemco Hydraulic Press machinist 590, TK550, TK1560, TK580 Springs Coiling

From mechanical side deals with shafts, gearbox, water pumps, and machine assembly.

Working machines like as coiling machine, grinding machine, shot peening, and load shortening machine

PLC panel wiring and connection.
PLC breaks down handle.
