Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Maintenance Engineer located in Aurangabad. The Sr. Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, maintenance engineering, and electrical maintenance tasks. Daily activities will include diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, ensuring that maintenance schedules are followed, and coordinating with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of equipment and operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance
  • Experience in Maintenance Engineering and Electrical Maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
