Role Description

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as online research, attending industry events,
  • and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads by researching their needs and fit with PDS International's offerings.
  • Maintain and update a CRM system with accurate lead information.
  • Develop outreach strategies to nurture qualified leads and convert them to sales opportunities.

MNC Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and manage meetings with representatives from MNCs.
  • Secure travel arrangements and accommodations for visiting MNC delegations (if applicable).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for the Business Development team.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and MNC representatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including audio/visual equipment and catering.
  • Follow up after meetings to ensure next steps are clear and action items are documented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business/administration/arts/science/technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience coordinator's working with MNCs (a plus).
  • Fluency in English (highly desirable).
  • Having experience in the same industry.
