Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
  • Manage company social media pages and increase online presence.
  • Create digital content such as posts, brochures, and promotional material.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 4 years of experience in Business Development and Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
