Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Digital Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Manage company social media pages and increase online presence.
- Create digital content such as posts, brochures, and promotional material.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, MailChimp, etc.)
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 4 years of experience in Business Development and Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
