Role & responsibilities

Refroid Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) who has completed relevant digital marketing and AI-based design courses. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AI-featured creative tools, digital marketing fundamentals, and the ability to create compelling technical marketing contents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging digital content using AI-powered design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI, DALL
    •E, etc.).
  • Support the development of marketing creatives, social media posts, email campaigns, product brochures, and infographics using AI-automation tools.
  • Generate AI-based visual design concepts and explainer graphics for engineering concepts (airflow, cooling systems, heat transfer, etc.).
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to transform engineering information into easy, customer-friendly digital content.
  • Use AI analytics tools to track content performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills (Fresher)

  • Certification/course completion in Digital Marketing + AI-powered design tools.
  • Need to be Creative to learn new AI technologies and get updated with all the digital marketing techniques.
  • Training will be provided by Refroid regarding Data Centers but the candidate need to have infinite curiosity of AI tools.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI design tools like Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts of data center cooling, refrigeration, and HVAC and convert them into creative digital content.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
  • Solid communication and willingness to collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (any field) with strong interest in digital marketing and engineering concepts.
  • Internship or project experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
