Role Overview:

Kapil Soft Solutions is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, and optimize content for SEO.
  • Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Track and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with content marketing, influencer outreach, or email automation is a plus.
