Job Purpose:

ERP Support: NOT an IT, networking, or systems admin role, but rather a customer/client software support role. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support for other 3rd party products (SAAS) used by IT Team

Job Description:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication & timely follow-up.

  • Monitor and respond to phone and emails, or chat.

  • Manage escalated support activities from initial report and documentation through resolution.

  • Identify, recreate, research, prioritise and resolve product issues; document knowledge gained.

  • Test the latest features and report any issues to Product Management

  • Provide content for our internal Knowledge Base and customers.

  • Provide input to Product Management regarding product enhancements.

  • Demonstrate product functions and features to users either in person or remotely.

Skills:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role supporting web-based applications via telephone, email, and chat

  • At least one year of experience implementing and supporting any ERP product.

  • Ability to configure production environment and update sensitive data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask under time constraints.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a quick, calm, analytical and methodical manner.
