Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP & CRM Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing domain integration and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ERP and CRM systems with a specific focus on manufacturing process alignment, third-party system integration, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in API development (REST, SOAP), JSON/XML data handling, and third-party integration, .
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP and CRM modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Integrate ERP/CRM platforms with manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, PLCs, production planning tools).
  • Develop APIs, web services, or middleware for real-time data exchange between systems.
  • Analyze manufacturing workflows and translate them into system logic and development plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Inventory, SCM) to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across production environments.
  • Provide technical support, bug fixes, and enhancements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, security standards, and best development practices.
  • Document technical specifications, user manuals, and integration architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in ERP and CRM development and integration.
  • Proven experience integrating ERP/CRM systems with manufacturing or shop floor systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more platforms: SAP (ABAP, Fiori), Microsoft Dynamics (365/AX), Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Experience in API development (REST, SOAP), JSON/XML data handling, and third-party integration.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: BOM, MRP, production scheduling, inventory, quality management, etc.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Agile methodologies.
